Heavenly Almond Sauce

Serves: 12

Serving: 1/4 cup

   8 ounces ricotta cheese
   8 ounces cream cheese
   1/3 cup agave
   4 egg yolks
   1/4 cup almonds flavored liqueur
Heavenly Almond Sauce is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.
Using an electric mixer, blender or food processor, mix together ricotta and cream cheeses. Add agave, egg yolks and liqueur. Continue mixing until smooth. Chill.
