Lemon Basil Sauce

Serves: 2

   2 tablespoons onions, chopped
   1/4 cup butter or margarine
   1/4 cup agave
   2 tablespoons lemon juice
   1 teaspoon basil, crushed

Lemon Basil Sauce is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

Cook onions in butter until onions are transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Serve over carrots, cauliflower, brussel sprouts or squash.
